Method one:
Uninstall Win7 and log on previous systems, in the optical drive into the Win7 installation CD, or use the virtual drive to load the Win7 installation image ISO file, assuming the letter x.
Click on "start"-"run" and enter cmd and carriage return, open a command prompt window.
At the command prompt window, enter X: \boot\bootsect.exe/nt52all/force (note the bootsect.exe followed by a space, all in front of a space; X refers to Win7 installation disc is located in the letter), carriage return after waiting a few seconds, the system will perform the delete operation of Win7 boot entry, last command prompt window displays characters such as success, tips for a successful operation.
And then quit the command prompt window, and ejecting the CD-ROM drive or uninstall the virtual CD drives, reboot the system, will find Win7 boot entry has disappeared.
Note:
1, according to this principle above, we can conclude that fix Win7 boot entry, simply add the commands to X: \boot\bootsect.exe/nt60all.
2. the above command prompt method, is from Win7 Setup disk in the boot bootsect.exe file in the extracted folder to perform the action method, we can extract the bootsect.exe file to your local hard disk on the system partition other than the partitions folder, for example in the D partition 123 folder, so that we can at the command prompt, execute the following commands to remove Win7 boot:

Method two:
If you are installing the XP and Win7 dual system, you need to use XP system setup disk cleanup Win7 boot entry.
